Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To provide the best service to all our clients and respect the time of both our therapist and clients on the waiting list, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Late Cancellation / No-Show Fee: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time or fail to attend (no-show), a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment cost will be charged.

  • This fee covers the lost appointment time that could have been offered to another client on the waiting list.

  • Payment of the cancellation fee will be requested before booking any future appointments.
  • Cancellation fees can be paid at your next appointment.
